Referral service

DroneHireHQ is a referral service that introduces clients to independent drone pilots. DroneHireHQ does not perform flights and is not a party to the agreement between client and pilot.

Pilots

Pilots are independent contractors solely responsible for FAA compliance (including Part 107 and airspace authorization), safety, their own insurance, taxes and the quality of their work. Pilots agree to indemnify DroneHireHQ for claims arising from their operations.

Fees

Use is free for clients. Pilot fees are described on the pricing page.

Photo rights

Unless agreed otherwise, the client receives a license to use delivered imagery and the pilot may use it in their portfolio.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DroneHireHQ is not liable for the acts or omissions of pilots or clients.

Governing law

New York. Final terms to be completed after attorney review.
