What we collect

When you submit a form we collect the information you enter (such as name, email, phone, town, address and job details, or for pilots certificate, insurance and equipment details), plus basic technical data like IP address and browser type for spam prevention.

How we use it

To match clients with pilots, verify pilots, contact you about your request or application, and operate the service. We share a client's job details with the pilots we offer the job to. We do not sell personal information.

Storage

Submissions are stored with our hosting provider (Cloudflare). We keep them as long as needed to provide the service and you may ask us to delete them.
